New York, aeroporto JFK . Ore 18.56
Poteva andare in mille altri modi.
Forse sarebbe arrivata in tempo.
E a farla innamorare.

Today should be one of the worst days of seventeen-year-old Hadley Sullivan's life. She's stuck at JFK, late to her father's second wedding, which is taking place in London and involves a soon to be step-mother that Hadley's never even met. Then she meets the perfect boy in the airport's cramped waiting area. His name is Oliver, he's British, and he's in seat 18C. Hadley's in 18A.
Twists of fate and quirks of timing play out in this thoughtful novel about family connections, second chances and first loves. Set over a 24-hour-period, Hadley and Oliver's story will make you believe that true love finds you when you're least expecting it.

Americans Reader Opinion:

Positive opinions: veeeeeeeeery romantic, sweet, the characters take time to know each others and their love. Throughout the book, according to these opinions, there are highs and lows moments that balance well the story leaving the reader want to continue to be enraptured by the story and see how it ends.

Negative opinions: the majority of readers, at least on Goodreads,  has not voted negatively this novel, rather than giving high grades, but who has judged negatively defined him winded and with a few events, as the story revolves around the adventures of two young protagonists since they are known and for the limited events that follow.

As far as I understand from the reviews in general is that it is a romantic book, for young romantic souls who believe in love with a capital even at first glance. Speaking of love at first sight and its development the novel does not focus so much on the happenings around, but rather on the characters and their emotions and their sensations.

If you are a young sentimentalist this is probably a book that you should not miss out!
